Come and join me on the bike for RHYTHM at Digme Fitness. My goal for each class is to create a safe, positive and fun environment in which everyone is able to enjoy the workout, let go and get the best from themselves.
My classes welcome all abilities; from those training for an Iron Man to those who have never been on a bike before. In my classes, you control your level of difficulty, and you are the boss of your workout. With a fresh playlist, state of the art bikes, and some slick moves that keep everyone on their toes, come along and bike to the beat with me.
