The Train Happy Podcast was created to help you to improve your relationship with exercise and learn more about fitness, body image and nutrition.
The podcast ended in 2023, with over 100 episodes released, which I am super proud of. Even though I am not recording new episodes, I hope you can go back into the archives and still enjoy the topics we discussed, learn from them and use it as a resource to help you on your own journey.
